At PureCook, we want our customers to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, manuals, or inserts included.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • The product must be returned with original packaging.

  • The product should not be damaged due to misuse, improper care, or handling.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature and material of the product, clay cookware products are non-returnable.

This includes clay cooking pots, clay kadhai, clay handi, clay water bottles, and clay cookware combos.

Clay products are delicate and naturally handcrafted-style items, so we are unable to accept returns once delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share clear photos or an unboxing video of the package and product so we can review the issue and assist you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned product.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for securely packing the product for return shipping.

If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer. If the return is due to a wrong or damaged product received, PureCook will assist with the resolution after verification.

Important Note

PureCook reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is used, damaged, missing original packaging, or returned without prior approval.
