At PureCook, we deliver our cookware and kitchenware products across India with safe and reliable shipping.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders across India. Delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of your PIN code.
Shipping Charges
We offer free delivery across India on all prepaid online payment orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹100 COD handling charge will be applied at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Remote locations or areas with limited courier access may take slightly longer.
Cash on Delivery Orders
COD is available for selected locations across India.
A ₹100 COD charge is applicable on COD orders. This charge is collected to cover cash handling and courier processing costs.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code, and phone number are correct before placing the order.
PureCook will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delayed Delivery
While we try our best to deliver every order on time, delays may happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, remote location serviceability, or other situations beyond our control.
If your order is delayed, you can contact us and we will help you track the shipment.
Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly tampered with or broken.
If the product is damaged after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or an unboxing video so we can assist you further.
